What is PHN funding?
Primary Health Networks (PHNs) are organisations established across Australia to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of medical services. These networks focus on coordinating primary health care, addressing local needs, and bridging gaps in the health system.
Funded by the Australian Government, PHNs play a crucial role in tailoring health services to meet specific local needs, with a focus on areas such as mental health, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, and digital health initiatives.

Your GP will send a referral to connect you with a psychiatrist on our platform.
Your first appointment will be with a Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC). They will gather information about your treatment goals, complete relevant diagnostic tools, and explain what to expect during the session.
Your CCC will connect and schedule your session with your psychiatrist, making sure that they align with your goals.
Any necessary pre-assessment tests required for the initial session will be sent to you in advance. Additionally, you're welcome to invite family members, friends, or other mental health professionals who may be involved in your care to join the session for added support.
In this session, your psychiatrist will complete a detailed assessment, discuss potential diagnoses and create a treatment plan with you to improve your mental health.
After your session, your CCC will check in to see how you’re progressing, answer any questions, and schedule your next review with the psychiatrist if needed.
